Residential Property Mortgages
We act on the panels of the majority of banks and building societies and most lending institutions. The process of completing a mortgage commences by the borrower obtaining a mortgage offer from the lender.
As in any purchase, we then make the appropriate searches and enquiries as required by the lender and report to the lender and to the borrower on any issues raised by the results of those searches and enquiries and obtain the signature of the borrower to the mortgage deed.
Once everything is in place, we request the mortgage monies from the lender, and in the case of a remortgage, pay off any existing mortgage on the property and remit any net mortgage monies to the borrower.
